Zafus, Meditation Cushions & Benchs

Meditation is a demanding discipline that requires concentration and letting go. Before you can meditate in any position, you have to work hard. The use of a zafu, a cushion or a meditation bench is strongly recommended by teachers. Maintaining a lotus position (Padmasana) or half lotus or simply sitting cross-legged for a fairly long period of time is difficult and yet it is essential to enter a state of meditation. Yoga and meditation will be all the easier with the use of a quality zafu, comfortable and allowing good body support, especially for the back. Your body shape and the type of meditation you practice will be essential elements in your choice. A zafu or meditation cushion must adapt quickly to you. In our shop, you will find zafus stuffed with different elements such as spelt husk stuffing or Kapok stuffing. Kapok stuffing is the traditional stuffing for zafus, but that does not mean it is the best for you. It simply offers a firmer and denser seat than spelt husk stuffing. For those who do not like zafus and meditation cousins, we offer meditation seats. For yogis, we have stackable meditation seat to store them easily. Qi Qong enthusiasts will not be disappointed with a selection of half-moon cushions for better stability.

Our products respect our ethical charter with the use of certified organic cotton. The zafus and cushions are filled with quality products from organic farming. Choosing zafus and meditation cushions can be quite difficult for a beginner making a first choice. We would like to reassure you by specifying that all our products are "satisfied or refunded" within 14 days. You can now choose your meditation support with complete peace of mind.
