Son format pratique convient aussi bien à une utilisation à domicile qu’aux studios de Hatha Yoga et de Yoga Nidra.

The inner cushion, also made of organic cotton, is filled with 100% organic and natural spelt hulls, prized for their firm, stable, and adaptable support.
