Asseyez-vous confortablement, les jambes croisées ou dans un fauteuil, les pieds bien ancrés au sol.
Frottez vos mains l'une contre l'autre pour réveiller l'énergie, puis placez délicatement le pouce de votre main gauche sur l'ongle de votre majeur, en formant un cercle.
Glissez ensuite votre pouce droit entre ces deux doigts, créant ainsi une connexion apaisante. Tenez vos mains devant votre poitrine, les avant-bras à l'horizontale.
Détendez vos épaules, en laissant la tension se dissiper.
Restez ainsi en respirant profondément 36 fois, puis répétez de l'autre côté si nécessaire.
