• 1 Sangle de yoga de coton Bio : 4cm x 2.50 mètres
• 2 briques en liège de 23cm x 12cm x 7.5cm.
• 1 Sac à tapis de yoga Large-Bag 72cm X 22cm
• 1 Cordon élastique pour tapis de yoga Noir
Conseillé pour une pratique intensive, ainsi que pour le yoga Iyengar, le Vinyasa et l'Ashtanga yoga.
Machine washable at 30° without spinning
Important care notes:
Your mat is machine washable: Use a little mild detergent and a cool wash cycle (no more than 30°C). Do not use the spin cycle. Give it some time to dry (do not use a tumble dryer or radiator)
Avoid wringing or using your mat before it is completely dry, as this may cause damage to the surface. You can roll your mat with a terry towel and squeeze out the excess water to speed up the drying process.
You can also clean your Yoga Mat with a damp cloth.

Très bon kit pour commencer le yoga avec tout le nécessaire. Petit bémol en position du chien tête en bas : on glisse et si on transpire,alors là ça devient plus compliqué.

J'avais un tapis plus épais auparavant, mais ma peur d'avoir mal aux genoux ou aux coudes s'est envolée à la première utilisation. Très confortable même allongée pendant un moment. Un peu glissant par moment, mais très contente de cet achat !
