Conseillé pour une pratique intensive, ainsi que pour le yoga Iyengar et le Vinyasa yoga. Il s'agit d'un kit de yoga complet contenant tous les éléments essentiels de base nécessaires à la pratique.
Le Studio-Mat a une structure très solide avec en son noyau un voile de coton qui le rend indéchirable et a deux surfaces différentes, qui peuvent être utilisées selon son bon plaisir. Conçu pour des pratiques extrêmes et de longues durées il est inusable.
• 1 tapis de yoga Studio Mat Bordeaux: 183cm x 60cm x 4mm.
• 1 Sangle de yoga de coton Bio : 4cm x 2.50 mètres.
• 2 briques en liège de 23cm x 12cm x 7.5cm.
• 1 Sac à tapis de yoga Large-Bag 72cm X 22cm

Machine washable at 30°C without spinning
Important care instructions:
Your mat is machine washable: Use a small amount of mild detergent and a cool wash cycle (no more than 30°C). Do not use the spin cycle. Allow it to dry completely (do not use a tumble dryer or radiator).
Avoid wringing or using your mat before it is completely dry, as this may damage the surface. You can roll your mat with a towel and squeeze out the excess water to speed up the drying process.
You can also clean your yoga mat with a damp cloth.
