The Sandbag is used for stretching during asana practice to achieve maximum flexibility.
Dimensions: 44cm long x 19cm wide x 10cm thick.
100% organic cotton, GOTS* certified.
Our covers are sold without sand to save you shipping costs on a 5kg package. You can easily find sand in any hardware store. We recommend filling them with sandbox sand; 5kg for a standard sandbag.
• Place the Sandbags on each knee in the lotus position to loosen the abductors.
• Stretch the arms behind the back.
• Place them on the soles of the feet to stretch the calf muscles.
The natural pigment colors are of high quality. These bags are perfect for yoga studios or gyms.
The outer lining can be easily removed and washed.
We recommend hand washing or cold washing.
