What are the virtues of Oolong tea?
Oolong Blue Tea is a source of antioxidant substances such as catechins and theasinensins, giving it antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Antioxidants are molecules known to fight against the oxidation of our cells, thus allowing us to keep beautiful skin, without imperfections.
Tasting tips
Use water at around 80°C. Allow about 1.5 teaspoons of Oolong Blue Tea (3g) for 100ml of water.
Infuse the tea for 1 minute. Enjoy it without adding sugar or milk to fully appreciate its floral and amber aromas. Japanese Oolong Blue Tea can be infused several times. Each new infusion reveals different nuances and allows you to appreciate its complexity.
